These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.ashandascend.com and any services or products provided by Ashlee Howard Consulting LLC, doing business as Ash & Ascend (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

By accessing this website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

 

 

1. SERVICES DISCLAIMER

 

Ash & Ascend provides holistic wellness, bodywork, energy-based, spiritual, educational, and coaching services. These services are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and are not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care.

 

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

 

 

2. NO GUARANTEES

 

Results from services—including but not limited to massage, Reiki, energy healing, sound therapy, vibroacoustic therapy, PEMF, coaching, intuitive guidance, tarot/oracle readings, or consultations—vary by individual.

 

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, healing, insight, or benefits.

 

 

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

 

By using our services or purchasing products, you acknowledge and agree that:

 

  • You are responsible for your own health, decisions, and outcomes

  • You will disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities

  • You will seek licensed medical or mental health professionals as needed

 

Participation in all services is voluntary and at your own risk.

 

 

4. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING

 

  • Appointments must be booked in advance

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact information

 

Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to attend scheduled services are governed by our Refund Policy.

 

 

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

 

All services, digital products, and physical goods are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

 

All sales are final.

 

No refunds will be issued for:

 

  • Services rendered

  • Missed appointments or no-shows

  • Digital products once delivered or accessed

  • Non-refundable physical products

 

 

6. PAYMENTS, CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES (CRITICAL)

 

Chargebacks and payment disputes are not a substitute for communication. Clients agree to contact Ash & Ascend directly to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

 

Ash & Ascend actively disputes and contests all chargebacks to the fullest extent permitted by law. Evidence submitted may include, but is not limited to:

 

  • Proof of service delivery

  • Booking confirmations and timestamps

  • Signed intake forms and policy acknowledgments

  • IP address and transaction data

  • Email, text, or platform communications

  • Delivery confirmations

  • Video documentation of order packing and shipment

 

Chargebacks filed for services rendered, digital products delivered, missed appointments, or clearly disclosed non-refundable purchases may be considered fraudulent or bad-faith activity.

 

Ash & Ascend reserves the right to:

 

  • Permanently refuse future services or purchases

  • Cancel existing packages or memberships without refund

  • Recover disputed funds through legal or collections processes

  • Submit documentation to payment processors and financial institutions

 

 

7. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate.

 

Ash & Ascend is not responsible for:

 

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages after confirmed delivery

  • Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

 

Orders returned due to address errors may be reshipped at the customer’s expense and may not be eligible for refunds.

 

 

8. ORDER DOCUMENTATION & VIDEO RECORDING

 

For quality control, accuracy, and fraud prevention purposes, all physical product orders are documented and video recorded during packing and fulfillment.

 

By purchasing physical products, you acknowledge and consent to this documentation process.

 

This documentation may be used to:

 

  • Verify order accuracy

  • Confirm product condition prior to shipment

  • Contest false claims, delivery disputes, or chargebacks

 

 

9. ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

 

Clients are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and disclosing allergies or sensitivities prior to purchase or service.

 

Ash & Ascend is not responsible for allergic reactions when ingredients are clearly disclosed.

 

 

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All content on this website—including text, branding, images, videos, guides, recordings, service descriptions, and digital products—is the intellectual property of Ash & Ascend and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

 

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ash & Ascend shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.

 

This includes claims related to dissatisfaction, perceived lack of results, delivery disputes, or chargeback-related allegations.

 

 

12. INDEMNIFICATION

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ash & Ascend from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising from:

 

  • Your use of the website

  • Your participation in services

  • Your purchase or use of products

  • Your violation of these Terms

 

 

13. FRAUD, MISUSE & BAD-FAITH CONDUCT

 

Ash & Ascend reserves the right to take action against individuals engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith conduct, including:

 

  • False claims regarding services or products

  • Misuse of payment dispute or chargeback systems

  • Repeated policy violations

 

Such actions may result in permanent refusal of service and legal or financial recovery efforts.

 

 

14. REFUSAL OF SERVICE

 

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for:

 

  • Policy violations

  • Inappropriate or unsafe behavior

  • Ethical or safety concerns

 

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
