For quality assurance, accuracy, and fraud prevention purposes, all physical product orders are documented and video recorded during packing and fulfillment.

Contest false claims of missing, incorrect, or damaged items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Lost Packages
Ash & Ascend is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Any delivery disputes must be addressed with the carrier directly
