Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

 

Ash & Ascend may offer a loyalty or rewards program (“Loyalty Program”) to eligible clients. Participation is voluntary and subject to the following terms:

 

• Loyalty points, rewards, discounts, or benefits have no cash value

• Rewards may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined unless expressly stated

• Points may only be earned and redeemed according to current program rules

• Rewards may exclude certain services, packages, promotions, or products

• Points may expire without notice if not used within the designated timeframe

• Loyalty rewards may not be applied retroactively to prior purchases

 

Ash & Ascend reserves the right to:

 

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time

• Adjust earning or redemption rules

• Void points in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations

• Refuse participation to any individual at our discretion

 

Participation in the Loyalty Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all other posted policies.
